The Region 3 Rescue Strike Team Advisory Board meets once a year in February at the Greater Dayton Area Hospital Association. The meeting is the third Thursday of the month at 10am.

The Dayton Hazardous Materials Response Team Advisory Board holds meetings quarterly on the third Monday of the month. The meetings start at noon and are held at the Montgomery County Office of Emergency Management. (117 S Main St, Dayton, OH 45422)
